I, Penny Dhladhla, have been passionate about Real Estate from a very young age. Living in Durban my first investment was a bachelor flat on Prince Street for R59 000 when my peers at 25 were investing in cars. I later sold it for 3 times as much when the waterfront development kicked in. That’s when I knew I wanted to chart a path in helping other and found a true calling in Real Estate.
My motto is serving my clients and guiding them through one of their biggest investments in their lives to the best of my ability. I’ve been in real estate since 1995. I attained the EAAB certificate and I’m currently tying up my NQF4 with SEREA. Over the past decade I’ve been involved in Sales and Marketing of Real Estate in Pinetown and Durban, and I’ve received numerous awards, from bronze all the way to platinum awards.
I feel incredibly blessed to work with amazing clients who become my friends and a strong part of my network. I do both Urban and Township sales.
